Lackluster

The Monogram Shop didn't live up to my expectations. Although their product selections were pretty good, they were not the best I've seen, especially regarding Vera Bradley and Jon Hart. The employees were not always the nicest they could be when answering a question. Also, about 10-15 minutes before closing time (5 pm), they started turning the lights off on us while we were still browsing in the store - not saying a word to us at all or at least giving us a warning. I don't see myself ever going there again, because there are other boutiques in Houston that offer a better selection of products with friendlier service.

Snobby Staff

I went in to the shop 3 different times & I encountered about 5 different employees. Surprisingly, every single one of them were SO rude to me! They'd snap at me when asking a question, didn't smile, and didn't even thank me for my business! Ultimately my experiences left a VERY bad taste in my mouth. Sadly, I will not return.

• Cons: dirty looks, snappy, & rude!
