Best Lunch Deal-- 1/2 Sandwich and Soup. I had never been to Old Town Spring, and there are a bunch of little cafes. I asked a store owner what place he liked and recommended the Java Cafe. This is a family-owned and runned place. They had a violin player inside and also have a pretty large porch area.

Their $5.99 lunch is a fabulous bargain and really delicious. I had the best croissant sandwich with a hint of blue-cheese mayo, Swiss cheese, smoked turkey slices, lettuce, and tomato. It was garnished with fresh and colorful watermelon, strawberry, and orange slices. It comes with a medium bowl of light potato soup, chips, and coffee.

They upgraded my coffee for me-- it was a mocha, caramel...perfect for power shopping in Old Town Spring. Perfect as dessert too.

Despite the name, jazz isn't the only musical styling served hot at this Old Town Spring cafe.. In Short
Nestled in historic Old Town Spring, the coffeehouse offers a bevy of live musical performances including hardcore, heavy metal, punk, grunge and, of course, jazz, from mostly local bands. The menu offers more than 100 different drinks and the hot beignets and coffee have found favor with many of the regulars.
