Christian Dior Make-Up Counter. If you need to look your best you need to visit Marietta at the Christian Dior Make-up Counter. She knows how to make you look incredible. Everytime I have an event or photo shoot I visit Marietta and she makes me look like a million bucks. The woman has talent!

Good sales, HORRIBLE staff. I came in to return a shirt I received for my birthday, so I went to try to return it and a lady was in the middle of helping me, answered the phone, and told me to go to another person because she was busy. I went to the other person and tried to be helped, but ended up with the lady telling me to go somewhere else because she was in the middle of doing something. I finally met a sales associate that helped me with my return and let me exchange it for something else, and her name was Maria. She was extremely helpful and nice. As she was helping me, I saw the first lady carrying her purse into ruggles. Oh yeah! Real busy!!! Horrible sales associates unless you are helped by Maria, and pretty decent bargains on sales. Thank you Maria! You are the best!

Affordable Designer. Saks not only has the newest trends but their sale items are reasonably priced for the average consumer.

I love the men's department!!!. Such friendly people and so eager to help! Amazing, actually. Not a bad selection of suits and shirts. Stay away from the denim area, where sophisticated jeans/ trousers are not to be found. Does everything have to be bleached, torn and shredded these days? Who wears this stuff anyway? Aging metrosexuals with poor taste and no sense? Good shoe department, however!

Saks is the retail hub for classics like Calvin Klein, Donna Karan, Michael Kors, Kate Spade, Ralph Lauren, Prada and Badgley Mischka. This department store gets props for its petite and Salon Z (sizes 14-24) women's collections, as well as great selection for the little ones. Each department is a boutique to itself, boasting well-trained clerks who not only sell the good life--they set the example.

Wonderful service; great selection. As I shop at Saks regularly for clothes, it was also the first place I looked for a wedding gown. I was impressed with their selection as well as their personal, personable service. Vanessa, my bridal consultant at Saks, was one of the most down-to-earth people I encountered in the wedding industry throughout all of my planning. She made the dress shopping experience both fun and efficient.
