Made me a Believer!. I started seeing Ron one month ago today. In that short time (and over the holidays, no less!) I've lost ten inches from my waist, hips, and thighs. Additionally, my belly has gotten noticeably flatter and my level of energy is much higher now. Everyone has noticed my improved silhouette and my self-confidence has also gone through the roof.

Ron is the consummate professional: he works you hard and makes sure that you are not slacking, but he does so with humor and a fantastic attitude. He pushes you to your limit, but never makes you do anything that makes you feel genuinely uncomfortable or painful. He is always very encouraging and is more than willing to answer any and all questions about fitness, nutrition, and general well being.

Ron makes everything-- from exercise to diet-- approachable and fun. Ron provides a good variety of workouts that are always changing so you never get bored and his newsletter has a lot of fun and delicious recipes.

A lot of people can help you exercise and eat healthy, but not everyone can make you believe in yourself. Ron does all three. He has showed me that a little hard work and healthy food choices go a long way to achieving your fitness goals and I actually look forward to our sessions together.

THE BEST TRAINER. 've been working out with Ron for a little over a year now and I am really loving the results! Training with Ron is not JUST getting a work out. He is right there with me every step of the way, making sure that I am doing the exercises correctly and not getting injured. AND on top of that, he is a very funny person. He tells me jokes and makes me laugh, it really helps to pass the time! Ron can answer any question i have, whether it be about my diet or muscle pains, he knows his stuff. He helps me stretch and even massages me when I'm sore(he is a Licensed massage therapist too). He is up to date on all of the new diet trends and even sends out a newsletter that has fun tips and tricks that really keep me motivated and focused. When you choose Ron as your personal trainer, you're not just getting a great body, you are getting a very smart, funny, motivating friend.

Best Trainer-FRIENDLY, KNOWLEDGEABLE and FUNNY. Ron knows what he's doing-he explains why I'm doing certain excersie and what results I'll get.

No cheating-he watches and guides me every step of the workout. He's tough!

Flexible-I have a crazy schedule and he's been flexible and accomodating.

Compassionate-he really cares! I wouldn't spend 10 minutes writing this review if I didn't enjoy being his client.

Do your research-call and interivew trainers. visit their studios! I've met some others that didn't meet the list of deciding factors I had. Research does pay off. After working out for a month, I lost 2 inches thanks to Ron. Good luck!
