Bad Service. We live close by and love the food here, but the service is awful! This restaurant has the worst service, not just once but EVERY time, and we've given it about 9 tries. I wish the owner would do something about training the staff, like I said we love the food and would try it again if the service was better.

A definite diet breaker! :). I rarely frequent this establishment because of the lack of anything remotely healthy. The menu is pretty typical, but the cajun influence does set it apart. Don't expect to find anything more than a menu full of fried food. When I go here, I come cause I'm craving some good fried crawfish. Their crawfish platter is so good! The chocolate cake (or was it a brownie?) is to die for! Melting, gooey goodness. Yum. The atmosphere would be fun for a group.

What do you expect, fine dining?. Average experience like expected. You get what you pay for, I will be back.

Waste of Time. And I do mean a waste of time! Service is probably the worst in town. Waitstaff always appears confused, they get the drink orders mixed up, and do not appologize for mistakes. Luckily the food is pretty good, or they might already have gone out of business. Went for Fat Tuesday last year and the place was packed and they did not charge a $5 cover. This year, the place was dead(due to weather), but charged a $5 cover! For what? A handful of beads? NOT on my list of recommendations. Imagine that--no link to email management!

slow service. We went with four ppl at our table. After ordering, the food did not come until one hour later! The waitress only came by once during that one hr and didn't even apologize for how late the food was. Other than that the food was OK. We missed out movie and had to wait for the next showing as a result.

what service?. I had called several hours before hand to request several tables to fit more than 25 people. After more than 2 hours of waiting and complaining, the tables were still not set up. Well my friends and I said forget it, let's go to the restaurant next door, Kim Son. If I could rate Razoo's from the scale 1 - 10, it would be a -10 in my book. The hostess did nothing but flirt with her co-workers and friends who stopped by. I will eat at any other Razoo's but this one in particular.

GRRREEEEEAT!!!!. Great Food .. Great Atmosphere .. Great Value .. Wonderful Service. A fun place to eat .. even for a family.

At least it was just water!. The waitress spilled not one but 2 glasses of water on us and did NOT even show a good faith gesture by comping half of our bill. We were a party of 4 and 2 of us got doused with water. There comments were at least it was just water. How reassuring. Thanks for just spilling water. I went back to work and let everyone know how considerate the staff was to us .........NOT!!!! My coworkers were shocked to find out you didn't comp our bill.
