I've been to the Harp several times over the years and have had a great time. Never an issue with the bartenders. Never an issue with cleanliness. I happen to own a bar in Houston, and I have zero complaints about The Harp. Its a cool place.
- Pros: its a chill place
- Cons: parking
EWWWW
by yasmeena
OMG, how is this place a legit business. It's filthy, the staff is on something, my girlfriend and I were followed into the restroom by a man 30 yrs older than us, giving us dirty looks and mumbling under his breath. This place is a sh*thole that attracts dirty sleazy married men looking to pick up girls. I took a long shower as soon as I left.
- Pros: Can't think of any
- Cons: EVERYTHING
