Horrible!. Dr. Hanley is my Dr. and I love her. Today I had to get into the office for, what I consider, a serious problem. Dr. Ligon was the only available Dr. He walked in the door, accused me of wanting pain meds and basically left. He didn't even let me describe my symptoms. I paid a $25 co pay for TWO min. of the man's time. He is the worst Dr. I have ever come across. I ended up having to go to urgent care that night with extreme pain and found out I have a serious shoulder injury. Way to go Ligon!

Not happy with last visit. I called their office at 11am to make a same day appointment for 2:45 - showed up 15 minutes early (as usual) for my appointment with Dr. Hanley, whom I've been seeing for years now. I changed insurance products within the same provider & product series, so I gave them my new information over the phone when I made the appointment. When I arrived, they said I couldn't see Dr. Hanley with the insurance I have, and I shouldn't have been able to see her with the same insurance I've had for years... and that they could fit me in with another Doctor at 3:15. So, not only do I have to wait 45 minutes to see the doctor, I can't see the doctor whom I've had for years... So, I was a little upset when they said for me to "Remember not to make my appointment with Dr. Hanley from now on"... So, I rebutted that and let them know that they should have called me a long time ago to let me know this! I was pretty sick and needed to see the doc, so I waited; Then they had Dr. Ligon see me very quickly - which I appreciated- until he simply looked in my ears, throat & nose & simply said "Could be viral, could be bacterial, here's a subscripton for antibiotics". Wow. They were obviously trying to get rid of me! If I were seeing Dr. Hanley and told her about my symptoms, to include chest pains, she would have been much, much more thorough! So, I had a 5 minute visit (and the doc got paid for it, right?!). I immediately made an after hours appt with a doc at ARC to find out that I have a virus, and I'm also dehydrated which is why I'm dizzy (so, antibiotics would have been useless). The doctor at ARC took his time, took swabs of my throat to make sure I didn't have strep, and did a thorough investigation of my symptoms, which was light years more than Dr. Ligon did! Not to mention, I would have had unnecessary side effects from the antibiotics. I will miss Dr. Hanley dearly, but will never go back to CFP.

Best doctor we ever had. Dr. Blair is great. He is never judgemental or condecending. He listens very carefully and is very thourough and never rushes you. He went to great lengths to find what was wrong with my husband and called us late at home to tell us he'd found the answer that saved my husbands life. He is the most personal, friendly and competent doctor I've ever met and I've met plenty. I tell everyone I know about him and now most of my friends and family are now his patients. Everyone who goes to him just loves him. He is definately 5 star!!

Dr. Blair is awesome!. Dr. Blair has been my primary physician for a couple of years. I've been very pleased with him and his staff. He's knowledgeable, patient, direct, and not threatened by a patient that asks questions. Because he takes the time to listen, Dr. Blair has helped me get treatment for a condition that two specialists had overlooked. While the specialists were dismissive of my symptoms, Dr. Blair took the initiative to run lab tests, which came back positive for a chronic disabling illness requiring early and aggressive treatment.

Excellent Doctor. Very thorough. Listens to symptoms and requests appropriate tests. Does not put you through unnecessary tests. Wonderful doctor.
