Winnie's best Chinese food. I love this place and I love the people who run it! The bldg is big enough for a big family get together or cozy enough for a date for two. The food is consistently good and the seating doesn't have that claustrophobic feel that a lot of the newer places have. They serve hot tea if you want it and have great lo-mein what more could you ask for ;)
