Fast, Easy, Helpful, AWESOME

An MRI, is an MRI, is an MRI.... right? Only if you're used to sub-standard care like I had been. Then my doctor insisted that I have my MRI at HealthSouth this time and I was blown away. They not only called ME to schedule the appointment and then called to remind me, but they were total angels the entire time. Then I got to the very clean and large office the day of and hardly waited at all before I came back and had the nicest tech ever who made me feel so comfortable and at ease. My doctor said the radiologist there is wonderful and that's the only place he'll refer for diagnostic imaging. Fine by me!
- Pros: Wonderful staff, great techs, easy scheduling
- Cons: got back to work too soon

I recently had an MRI done at HealthSouth Diagnostic in Clear Lake and I was very anxious about it because I have had horrible experiences at some of the smaller physician owned centers in the past. HealthSouth was so accommodating from the scheduling to the wait time before my procedure (which was almost nothing) all the way through to the diagnosis and film delivery. The Radiologist talked to me like a human and then they delivered the films to my doctor so I didnt have to come back. Unfortunately I will have to have more MRIs but I know now that Ill be very well taken care of at HealthSouth. OH! They even allow walk-ins for all their procedures. Cool! Very Cool!
- Pros: Easiest Scheduling EVER! Walk-ins, Radiologist on-site, Best patient service around
- Cons: I didn't come here sooner!
