Okay, I received what I expected. All of the staff was professional, the costs seem to be reasonable and every thing had been handled in a timely manner. Overall, I would recommend these people to everybody who inquired.

GREAT SERVICE AND FOOD. I made a reservation 2 weeks in advance for a party of 20, we were celebrating an anniversary. We arrived a few minutes before our reservation, and that seemed to be a problem for the 3 hostesses. After they made us wait unnecessarily it became something of a rush trying to get seated before the guests of honor arrived (because it was surprise dinner). Even thought we had a rocky start, our event turned out great, the waitress and waiter were absolutely fantastic. They got our drinks and meals out to us quickly and accurately, they we so kind and polite, and great with all of our children. The food itself was mind-blowingly delicious, and the portions so generous, we will all be enjoying left-overs. We look forward to visiting this restaurant again soon!!

My favorite!. This is one of my favorite restaurants in the Bay Area. It is always good...food and service. Steaks, seafood, chicken, sandwiches...everything I have ordered has been great. They have the best dinner salads. Well priced, too.

Saltgrass All The Time -- Anywhere. I live in Dallas and frequently attend locations up there, but this is a Houston-based company, and it is the best! I consider Saltgrass HOUSTON'S best steak. This is one of the few Houston-area locations I've eaten at, but it was just as good as any other location. I highly recommend the 23-ounce Ribeye steak. It isn't on the menu, but they do offer it --- just ask your server. Great steaks, prime rib, and the freshest, best-tasting salad I've ever had. Go to any Houston location and you'll always get great service and fantastic Texas food. They really do know what they're doing.

Great Tasting Food (AAAA++++). A little pricey, but you get what you pay for. The order of baby back ribs was delicious. When you would pick up a piece of rib the meat would slide off the bone (it was that tender). The waitress we had was a professional. I highly recommend this restaurant!!!!

Awesome food and service. We just love everything about this restaurant, the food, the service, wait staff (Maria and Glen), the prices are very good for the size steak you get, you just have to try it. We had our wedding reception there and everything was PERFECT and we were greatly taken care of by Jobin, the manager in training. If you ever need anything ask for Jobin, he'll get it done !!! He definetely deserves a promotion and a big raise, he has such a wonderful, caring personality and he understands your every need !!! Can't wait to go back for another big old steak and a baked sweet potato and to say hi to Jobin. By the way, we're not related to Jobin, nor friends and we don't get any discounts for recommending him so highly, he's such the best, you'll see when you meet him !!!

Nice Family Lunch. We chose the Saturday lunch for our Father's Day celebration to avoid the Sunday holiday crowd. The food was excellent. The service was superb. Our waiter (Dustin) was very attentive. The steaks were wonderful. Everyone was pleased.
