Lots of extra help when you need it!. As we are in a real time crunch today, I knew if I called Backstage that they would get the items together for my husband to pick up. As my daughter has upcoming performances this week at RAFA & Flairs, I knew where to go to service all my needs. I've been shopping there for close to 10 years now.

I too thought they were a little pricey at first, but they give you a frequent buyers card which gives you back $10 once you have spent $100. No time limit. If your daughter dances for a company, check to see if that will give you an extra discount. All in all, you get what you pay for. There return policy has become a little more flexible, but check out the details before you purchase. If you ever want customer care and proper fitting of ballet, pointe , or other dance shoes, this is the place to go.

Worst store in Clear Lake Area. I bought a black tutu for my 4 year old daughter for $25.00 plus a pair of tap shoes and a pair of ballet shoes. I thought everything there is much more expensive than other dance ware stores or online. But we were there already, it?s near where I work and her first dance class was the next day. We did not try on the tutu in the store. Like usual, I took all the tags off after we got home. However, I misunderstood the school?s previous requirement and the next day the dance teacher asked for something else. We did not get to wear the tutu at all. 11 days later, I finally found time to return the tutu to this store. The store owner was on the phone for a long time and I patiently waited and waited. When she finally finished her phone call, she was very cold and told me that the store return policy is within10 days after purchase and the tags have to on the merchandise. They did not tell me that policy when I purchased all the stuff! This store has very very bad business etiquette. They don?t care about their costumer?s needs at all. We are redecorating my 4 year old daughter?s bedroom to a ballerina?s room. I was planning to buy room accessories from the store even though they are expensive. Now I?m not going to go back!

Find somewhere else. The staff and owner is very cold. The price is much higher than other places but the quality is simialr as Walmart.

bad customer service. I give it 2 stars for the products they carry. Zero stars for customer service! Find another dance store if you can.
