Stay away from these people

I got this company through my home warranty and a very rude and grouchy person came to fix the leak in our pump. Won't even talk to you then he started looking around our house and our yard and started asking personal questions like what do you do? not finishing what's on his mind which is..how did you get all these? how about mind your own business? he didn't fix the problem at all..it's still leaking and we called back and it's already a week now there is still no sign of him. There are other pool companies, stay away from them.

- Cons: won't fix the problem, very rude, very unprofessional

I agree with the owner being the rudest. The owner doesnt care much for his customers. I had them through a home warranty and he refused my service, saying that it was my fault that the pool heater broke. I used his company previously twice and had no problems with his two other workers. I had to pay for it with my own money and I couldnt get a second opinion because he was the only one in my area. The area pool & parts store have had many complaints from their customers as well. I told him you cant run a business the way you and expect to make any money.

Rude Ownership !

I have had several experiences with this company and the owner is the rudest man that I have ever came in contact with on a bussiness level! WOULD NOT recommend to any body unless you like to be talk to like a child or dog !
