Rude Manner, Unfinished Job. I had Mr. Mckey come out to my house to repair my washing machine. It was just before Christmas. He was nice enough to come out even though is was Dec. 23rd. But his manner is very rough and he isn't even remotely friendly. I was willing to over look all this just to get my washing machine back in business. The problem is that he did not have the part he needed- so he wired it so it would work for a while and said he would call me about a week after Christmas. He did eventually call me once - but every time I called back to have him come out - he said he was just out on the west end yesterday or the day before and wouldn't be coming back out anytime soon! I would have hired someone else to finish the job -but he requested that I pay him in advance for half the cost of the part. I finnaly gave up trying to get to make good on the money for the part he owes me. And today is April 5th and I just paid M&M Appliance to come out and finish the job. They did a great job - were very prompt and friendly to boot! Next time I'll be calling them when I need something fixed.
