Finally ... a good, honest auto mechanic!!. Our family has used Bosone Automotive for several years. We have always found Chuck Bosone to give us an honest assessment of what is wrong with our vehicle ... along with a fair price on repairs. We have one vehicle which is still under warranty ... so we take that Bosone's for the routine maintenance items - such as brakes - and Chuck will also tell us if he thinks anything should be covered under our warranty. We are very pleased with Bosone Automotive..... and that is very rare in the auto repair business.

Scammers. My Interstate Battery failed while it was under warranty.

They are an Interstate Battery retailer.

But when I went there to get the battery replaced under warranty they said they would not do it unless I first paid for "an Electrical System Check" for $75.

As far as I'm concerned, that's fraud.

They cannot force a customer to pay for an unnecessary procedure before they fulfill their commitment to honor the Warranty on the product they sell.

Interstate should stop this fraud and cut them off from selling their batteries if Bosone is not going to honor the Warranty. I would never go there again.
