Seabrooks best avoided secret. Please ignore the other reviews obviously posted by members of the staff.

Upon move in(at a rent increase not agreed to beforehand, but we were in a bind) fans and lights did not work, and our STOVE did not work. It took a little over 3 weeks to get a working stove, we had to threaten to buy one ourselves and bill them for it.

The pool is never clean, the hottub is constantly broken, office manager referred to children as "chihuahuas" , cars get broken into, and roaches are your permanent friend.

Upon move out, we did leave some stains downstairs. Any competent cleaning service could have removed them(we shampooed the entire apt), but we were charged for recarpeting the entire apartment.

BEWARE this place. The grounds can be beautiful, but you will not like living here. I wish I had listened to the reviews online when I moved in.

Great Staff and Community!!!. Take a ride down Nasa rd 1 and visit Edgelake Apartments today. The Staff is Great, very knowledgeable about the area and helpful too. The community is well kept up and maintence is on top of things!! Love living here what a great place to be!!

Quiet Place, Great People!!!. I love coming to Edgelake everyday, Its quiet, I see deer on a daily basis. I can go Into the pool anytime of the day or night and is always clean. The maintence is very attentive and helpful. Edgelake makes it easy for residents having their own web portal to pay online. Its kinda put back away from the main road a bit which I like, but is in the middle of everything. Great for jobs and entertainment. If I were to recommend a place to live it would be Edgelake Apartments!!!

Edge Lake Apartments. Edge Lake Apartments has a professional and friendly administrative staff (Amanda/Amy) that go out of there way to ensure your move-in is comfortable and easy. Even after you move-in the staff answers all your questions that you may have and follow thru with any questions they could not answer right there.

The maintenance department (Tim) goes out of his way to ensure all inquires or complaints are reconciled and to your approval before and after move-in.

Edge Lake Apartments also have friendly and courtesies tenants and has a safe environment to live in.
