Love, love ,love this place!. Bartenders are entertaining . No need for reality T.V . The fun is just watching them . Justine and Jeff , all the staff really make you feel at home . They take bar food to a much higher level . You haven't been to the clear lake area until you have visited Boons. I'm a local but when you walk in , everyone's a local !!!!

GREAT HAPPY HOURS. BOONIES! ONE OF THE GREATEST HAPPY HOURS IVE BEEN TOO! THERE ARE SO MANY TAPS TO CHOOSE FROM! THE ATMOSPHERE IS LOVELY! IM CRAZY FOR THE BUFFALO POPCORN CHICKEN. ITS YUMMY!

If you can find it through the smoke. . .. We've heard such great things about the pizza here that we've been dying to try it. On a recent visit, we couldn't stand to wait any longer for service - and certainly not for a pizza order - the cigarette smoke in the entire place was just too thick to linger in any longer. Sad that there's no smoke-free zone - being able to boat to the location is great.

Best pizza anywhere. We go here all of the time. They have a great selection of beer and the best food. The pizzas really are the best anywhere. They have a lot of specialty pizzas (on top of just the plain ol pepperoni & sausage), with toppings & sauces including pesto, basil, artichoke, garlic- you know, the good stuff! They have the big stone pizza oven that they throw the pizzas in to bake. The bartenders are friendly and knowledgeable and the atmosphere is great too. On colder days they'll even light up the fireplace. And, if you want to sit outside for a view of the lake, you can do that too. This is a great place to chill and have a nice relaxing time with friends.

best dive bar in the SE. although i haven't really tried the food, the ambience and atmosphere is probably one of it's main highlights. it's a true hole-in-the-wall dive place with seafaring treasures and trinkets as the decor. laid-back and quite cozy, maybe a bit grimey and smokey, like a place a pirate would dwell ... but it's what gives this place character. live music plays out in front of you while you enjoy happy hour. a great place to hangout with friends and soak in the seaside mood.*

Dont let the name fool you.... The title says it all, dont let the Boondoggles name fool you into thinking like I did... that this was just another dive near the lake. The food was excellent, the service was great, I bought many rounds of drinks for my friends and still ended up with alot of money left over, so it was a great deal!

Pizza Heaven.
This is the place in the Seabrook and Clearlake area, to get a real, homemade pizza. Plus, they let me tailor-make my pizza by adding shrimp to my pizza. And Oh My God, was it good!......Plus they have every kind of beer imagineable. Cozy up with a hot date, a great pizza, and a great beer, and suck up the surroundings while catching a game on the big screen, or just throwing a round or two of darts.

brick oven pizza.
The best Pizza in the Houston Area is in Clear Lake. Brick oven cooked with fresh toppings and thursday is snow crab night and crawfish when in season. monday night is steak and baked patato night.
Good people and good food. GREAT DRINKS.
