Tips for Gringo's

Stafford Gringos is the best!!. We love the Stafford Gringo's!! We've tried the Gringo's in San Antonio and while the food is good the service is stinks. My wife is big on Piña Coladas and for some reason she loves the one from Gringo's, but its got to be "Rigo's". We order one when he was out and wasn't the same. He's the friendliest bartender, and he can really turn up a Piña Colada, I don't know what it is about his, but they are out of this world. Keep on smilin' Rigo! We love ya, Stafford!!

GRINGO'S in Pearland. You know, I really like their food, but I do not like the noise level. It was bad in their old building and worse in the new one, but even still I love the food. I will often fight the crowds (and I do mean CROWDS) there to eat my favorite dishes, but sometimes the noise level makes my head hurt, ha!

!!Yummy!!. I enjoy the weekend, because once a weekend my husband and I enjoy the great atmosphere and the wonderful food of Gringos Pearland. My favorite dinner plate is the Zapata, it is yummy everytime I have ordered it! The wait is usually lenghty, but well worth it.. I can't wait until June 1st, because the bigger/new Gringos will be open!! Keep up the good work Gringos!!

Not bad. We've gone for Sunday lunch with friends & split fajita platters, which are pretty good. Salsa is glorified ketchup. Free ice cream. Service is good, parking fine. Usually crowded. Great for groups & kids. Easy going atmosphere.

GREAT MEXICAN FOOD.. Excellent queso, consistent high-quality mexican food. Beef fajitas great, chicken so-so. Wonderful margaritas. Out of towners are taken here. Often a long wait at ANY Gringo's, but well worth it!

REALISTIC REVIEW FROM A REGULAR VISITOR. Gringo's, no matter what location is a packed house. Great for business, of course. However, with any crowded venue, service can be poor; servers too busy running around tending to so many customers, it affects their attitudes, food orders, etc. I have been attending Pearland location since the Grand Opening. Early days prices were cheap and food proportions were plenty, service extremely friendly and attentive. Pearland location has grown/expanded multiple times over. They can no longer accomodate parking-always full during lunch, dinner, weekend rush hours. Prices went up, food proportions decreased, quality of food is effected. Servers are rushed, not as friendly, our orders are always served incorrectly, sometimes even after the 2nd attempt. After at least 30 minute wait to be seated, food has been delivered cold, stale, wilted, not fully cooked. After order is placed, servers become less attentive.

Best Ever!!. Best Mexican food!! My sister and I try out new restaurants once a week and have yet to find a place that serves better Mexican food than Gringos. It is definitely worth the drive from the Med. Center to Pearland!! This is the kind of Mexican food I want my friends and relatives from out of state to have.
