BAD customer service. I dislike having to write bad reviews being as I am in hospitality businees. I work for Best Western in Iowa and I was planning my very first trip to Texas.This is where I am going to have my wedding and all I have to say is there is no way I would ever let any of my family or friends EVER stay in this hotel. The staff is rude and customer service SUCKS.... I did not stay at this Best Western because I could not even reserve a room as I was rudely accused in a way that I was not an employee of Best Western. If this BW can treat employees this way I can not even imagine how the guests get treated. I was told the Manager was to call me back and then no call, I had my manager call and got the same run around. 2 hours later they are full and I recieved no call back. I am so disappointed that I now have to stay at another BW that is 25 minutes further from my soon to be husband family. What a way to start a vacation to meet his family for the first time and plan my wedding. Thanks I will never forget this one particular experience. Just to make a note: I had no problem making a reservation at the airport Best Western over the phone. After my stay I will let our customers know how our stay was at the airport Best Western. Then maybe you will think twice before staying at this one.

Comfort, convience, and.... This place is easily accessible to Hobby Airport, the Clear Lake area, and NASA, without the high prices of those areas. Also, it offers nice accomodations, and a fair sized conference room.
