I was in this biz years ago in another state, since I was the manager & owner & quite often there by myself. I can tell you, it does get busy in a consignment fashion shop. I know that the *New owner Vicky has a very critical eye & she picks items that she knows her customer base will purchase. These cloths need to be dry cleaned or freshly washed,pressed no stains or pulls or ordors & on a hanger. They need to be current fashion or excellent high end,never go out of style, vintage lux such as Chanel or St John. Many random,walk in, first time customers will go into a consignment shop thinking they will get a thrift store bargain & feel as though they can hunt & pick thru the racks like they would do at a thrift store THESE items are very expensive & the Consignment shop owner has a contract with the clothing owners, so she will be VERY concerned about how the items are handled & does discourage small children from playing in the racks or running around the store, or people with food or any other issues fooling with the cloths . You can be sure to score amazing deals here for a huge discount & at a fraction of the cost that those items would run in regular retail store like Saks , Nordstroms, NM etc : If you want a WOW look for a special occasion there are Gowns, Suits, dresses,shoes,bags & a large selection of low priced bling items to finish your look, all in one stop shopping with an alterations seamstress in the store ! *If you are a bride on a budget You should check this store out 1st on your hunt ! Vicky is a straight shooter & she knows her inventory,she studies fashion as a passion & her customers are loyal & her consigners are good,repeat ,consigners. She does not flit around you while you are shopping & she does not bother you with standard,retail, lies & chit chat. If you want her take on an item, expect the truth & I appreciate that. GREAT place to outdress them instead of outspending them!. This little shop has it all, from casual, business casual to designer. And all at extremely affordable prices. Vicki Cargi, the owner, is always happy to see a new customer and Gwendolyn, a long time store associate, has a great eye to assist in putting together the perfect outfit!

Worse treatment ever. This resale shop in the heart of League City Texas does not belong in the nicest city in SE TEXAS. My wife and daughter walked in and no one aknowledge them at anytime, my daughter was looking at some dresses and the owner rudely told her not to touch anything. My wife told her she was just looking and she replyed for what she is not going to buy anything. My wife and daugher were very offended at this point and it broke my daughters heart because she could not figure out why a older lady would be so rude. They continued looking already thinking about leaving, my daughter was looking in a section and the lady (owner) said that does not fit you those are small dresses so my daughter told my wife lets go mom this lady has a problem, and thats when my wife told her she was rude and she was going to give her a bad review and the owner said go ahead i dont care and by the way im the owner and we are closed now very very disgusted with this person specially her been the owwalking arou ner so much for good customer service. No one deserves this treatment specially coming from a old lady thats on her way out god is good and he does not like ugly. and she is a very ugly person. Donot go to this RESALE shop because it is used clothes. We do not buy used clothes my wife was just walking to the park because we just moved in on s.kansas ave by the snow cone shop. and they were just walking checking all the little shops. So dont go there if you dont want to be humiliated by a old sour lady.

rude/unprofessional. Rude/Unprofessional: Staff said my clothes were not up to standards, were ugly & out of date (very expensive business suits from Casual Corner, Petite Sophisticate, Van Heusen Women, Ann Taylor, etc.) not from Target, etc! Some stores have closed

Thank You Ms. Vicki. I want to publicly thank you Ms. Vicki (owner and a fashion addict of Baubles & Beads Boutique in League City) for dressing me for success.

After 20+ years wearing nothing but uniform to work I am back on a job market. I had absolutely no professional apparel and no clue what to wear to job interviews. Ms. Vicki offered personal advice on how to wear each item with what I have at home, or with what can be found elsewhere in the boutique – shoes or purses or jewelry. In addition, am personally called about featured discounts and sales at savings from 10%-50% off original prices. How can I resist, especially in this challenging economy, B&B offers of extremely competitive pricing and the very best in comfortable, beautiful, cutting edge fashion?

Rude rude staff. WOW. I usually do not write reviews because I never really have a problem. But with this I just could not help not writing my experience down to share with others. Today I walked into the store. The store looked quite nice and I was looking around. I saw a nice, pleasant lady bring in some clothes for consignment. A pleasant worker said the owner would be right there to check the clothes. The owner arrived, looked through the clothes for one second, in quite a snotty manner, although I could see the clothes were nice and clean good companies, clothes I would buy. She said something like "I do not think I will take your clothes" in a mean way. The lady who had brought the clothes said, "Why?" and I thought the same.Then the owner said something to another lady standing close by, I assume one of her workers, and started to laugh as if making fun of the poor lady. Now when I look back on it I wish I had said something. The owner should not act in this way to anyone of her consigners or shoppers. I was so disgusted I immediately left the store. I had brought a few purses and shoes that I did not want anymore and was going to consign. I chose to not consign here though. I think even a store with good clothes but rude service is considered bad. Service is everything. Do not go to this store. I found another store around Nassau Bay. As good as this one. If not even better, with better service. Thanks for reading and I hope you take my advice!

NEVER Going Back. My daughter and I had the misfortune of meeting Gwendolyn (sp?) last week. We were treated very poorly with arrogance and rudeness. I have recently lost weight and thought I would try my hand at selling my name brand clothing in this store. I’m a shopper and love to buy quality clothing (and too much at that). I have NEVER had a salesperson speak to me in the tone that I received. My daughter and I endured her wrath for about 10 minutes before taking our clothes and going elsewhere (where all of our garments passed inspection).

When we told Gwendolyn that we no longer wanted to do business with her, she was apologetic and said she was sick. Furthermore, she told us to have a “blessed” day. She was in NO way what I would consider to be a Christian woman.

I believe I have met the owner of this store and she was a very nice lady. We will probably never return as this will be such a memorable visit. The store would greatly benefit from some type of recorder as the owner would not believe it.

Great catch. Finally I found a great place to shop ! First time visit was in 3 weeks ago and I have been back 2 more times with friends, great prices with a great service.

Never going back!. My first visit to this store, I wasjust accompanying a friend. While she was trying clothes on, I saw a silver fox shaw that was very nice, so I touched it to see how it felt. The woman at the register very rudley said "that's not for sale!" I took it personally because she never greeted me when I came in the store, and I had already been there for over 20 minutes. That was a couple of months ago, I figured someone like that probably already got let go, so when I was thinking about selling my wedding dress, I thought I would give it another chance. Bad idea!! I walked in with the dress, and the woman at the register (not sure if it was the same one as before)very rudely said "we are not taking wedding dresses." There was never a hello, or maybe a smile or an apology. I am telling everyone I know not to visit this store. There are so many stores you can visit that want your business and will treat you right to get it. Don't waste your time here. The clothes isn't that nice, the prices aren't that good, and I think some of the name brand purses that they sell are actually fakes.
