Ron Sills and Mike Marcum were very helpful and always quick to respond when I had questions. Ron invested alot of time and attention to the pool design (and later redesigns) to help get the pool that we wanted. The initial drawings and the 3-D renderings really helped see the pool as it would look in the yard beforehand. Mike was always reliable and responded quickly to all my questions and issues. He's a great asset to A&S! They have done 9 of my friends pools and the feedback I recieved from them helped me make my decision -- plus the fact they all also loved their A&S pool!

Mike Bair and David Bandy were great with customer service and relationship. Our pool had some plaster problems. Mike stepped in to handle the situation with the plaster company. Problems were resolved and they both did excellent work with the punch list. David continued to monitor the situation afterwards, with follow-up visits. We are very satisfied with the pool and would recommend A&S for its design and installation. Thank you.

Really know their stuff. Mr. Joe Daly amazed me with hisknowledge and professionalism. I had contacted five other pool companies and not one of them came close to Mr. Daly's presentation and in answering my questions. My In-ground pool was completed two weeks ahead of schedule.

After my pool was completed Mr. Mike Bair, my Project Manager, came back and explained everything to me iin terms of operation and use of remote. I forgot how, after coming home from a two month trip. Contacted Mr. Bair again, and response was virtually instant. He answered my question by phone and came by the following day to make sure all was okay. Whenever I had a question, what was out of Mr. Bair's hands, he promptly contacted Service office for me and I was assisted with my question(s).

Have a problem with Pool Pump as of this morning the 5th of Feb 2013. Contacted Anthony & Sylvan Pools Service via Mr. Mike Bair and received immediate response. He contacted the Service Office and I received an email from Ms. Lisa Blackshear of the Service Office, within the hour. She informed me that she had contacted the Pool Company that services them and that I will be receiving a call from them, shortly. Received call within two hours from Pool company, that the Technician is scheduled to come out tomorrow. Now that is what I call Service.

Two years four months later, still very happy with my Pool, and the Service provided by Anthony & Sylvan Pools.

I highly Recommend Anthony & Sylvan Pools to anyone considering/intending to have a Pool built. : )

Two years ago, we contracted with Anthony Sylvan Pools to build a pool for us. We had both retired and had always wanted a pool, but thought we wouldn't have time to maintain it. Granted, the dry weather in 2011 helped, but the time from the dig to water fill was only 19 days! We were elated! Best of all, we spend very little time to maintain the pool. If we had known, we would have had it installed years before. Ron, Mike, and all the crews were wonderful. We watched every step of the way and found all were professional and gave us excellent service. There is nothing we would change if we were beginning the project today. Thank you, Anthony Sylvan!

I have had my Anthony and Sylvan Pool for 2 years. My entire family looks forward to our weekend staycations away from the huge crowds and personal relaxation. The pool is screened, has an enormous surround and is the best life improvement any of us could ask for. My grandbabies 2, 3, and 13 love it. It brings the entire family together all year with the heated pool/spa. I can't believe how cheap it is to heat and absolutely care free. We all enjoy the privacy of family fun every weekend. The pool has been almost maintenance free. I highly recommend the screen. If you want a great tax deduction in your later years that provides family and friends a spa-like atmosphere you MUST get this Anthony and Sylvan pool.

I also want to add that the build was such a wonderful experience. I still feel like they are part of our family. Hey, guys Bill, Amy, Brad, Mr. Marcum, if you are reading this, you still have an open invitation to drop in, come shoot on the range, cut some wood, sit by the pool or fire and enjoy good food/drink any time. You are a wonderful group to work with and I think about how great my experience was every day. I thank you all. We love you and we really love our pool. Feel free to send client to see our pool so they know what they are missing.

Terrible customer service after pool was done and paid for. We had an inground pool put in by this company. There was a problem with the plaster. I called and called with no call back for a month. When I did get a hold of a person they told me that they did not put a pool in our yard ?!?!? There was no record of it that is why I had no return calls. I sent them my records, then they found theirs. Then they sent out three different guys to check the same thing and all three said something different was wrong with the pool. They went with the one that said they had no fault. I hired my own pool man to come and check, two different men. They had the same answer. Then I had to call and call, with no response. So I called the main office, the president of the company. After talking with him, the next day I was called and the pool repair was set in motion. This took months, so many calls, and hours and hours of waiting on hold. I think they build a beautiful pool, but their followup service was the worst ! I was a day from taking them to court. I was so frustrated and I could not get an answer out of anyone till I contacted their main office.
