Great Service

Chris was the repair person who came out to check my A/C. The potential problem was a leak from my A/C unit causing water to leak into the unit below me. Chris checked my unit & my neighbors' unit as well. He explained to her that the problem was not my unit nor was it hers that she most likely had a pipe leak in her ceiling/ He was very nice to me & my neighbor. Very pleasant & patient person in explaining the issue to my neighbor & why it wasn't a problem in my unit. Great personality. I will definitely call & request Chris if I had a problem with my a/c.

BETTER BREATHING;LOWER BILLS!

I have suffered with allergies for years. I was taking five different medications to treat the problems. After we had Arvell Moore put in our new unit my allergies are back in control with just one claritain a day! I can now enjoy cleaning out my flowerbeds again. Thanks to Arvell Moore's no hassle sales team and prompt response to change the filters when they need changing i have continued to enjoy control over my allergies. In addition the blew more insulation in which has lowered my light and gas bill by over 40%!--joe and Gloria huddlestein

Great job, but better staff

I am writing once again to say how pleased we are with our new AC unit that was purchased from your company and installed last summer. After the installation an issue arose and I was at a loss as to what the cause was. Doug Cucco came, diagnosed the problem correctly and corrected it with the best answer. He really is an expert at his work.

Anita Ramirez was such a help to me in so many ways. She was always available for information and assistance. And cheerful and good natured no matter what the situation. I wanted some technical informations from one of the vendors and he failed to send it. Anita, in my presence, kept the pressure on until he finally provided it. No small task. She was a real problem solver. You are fortunate to have such a fine employee.

You can tell that I am happy with the choice I made of your company. I will recommend you any time the subject comes up!
