Disappointed. I wanted to shop for some clothes for my sixteen year old. Nobody would assist me I found a lady by the name of michelle. She seemed to be a bit pushy trying to sell us anything that was over priced and not good quality. I had asked for something specific to begin with . I then asked another sales lady I believe her name was Angela she seemed rude. I asked to speak with a manager. I was waiting , I then found a gentlemen manager or at least I thought he was . He helped out a little but he kept staring at my daughter which made me mad. We left displeased.

A department store with variety and affordable prices.. In Short
Dillard's is known for affordable items, as opposed to exclusive brands. Staples include DKNY, Tommy Hilfiger, Dana Buchman, BCBG and Kenneth Cole. Dedicated shoppers can occasionally find Charles David boots or Kate Spade bags at cheaper prices than at other department stores. The chain also offers items for kitchen, bed and bath, as well as a full-service travel agency.
