I don't usually complain but the last few times i went to Baywood the scale in the produce dept wasn't there. Overall, I enjoy shopping there.

First time in the store. I really enjoyed my shopping there, I went in for the sale on chicken legs and thighs and was very excited that both the other items I wanted were on sale as well. Was not as pricey as some of the other stores. except the spices were at bit high I thought. I say Thanks Baywood!

they did it again. I've been shopping at baywood for 12 years and enough is enough. I shop with this place because there are no lines. Not because of the deals. Yesterday I walked in its six o'clock and the meat cutter starts removing all the good steaks. I ask what are you doing he says you must get there early if you want the good ones. I work like everyone else why are you pulling the good stuff thats on sale at rush hour. Thats a bunch of s!!!t. It's funny how they only put out the good stuff when Hitchcock people get thier ss checks. Baywood is the biggest rip off I've ever dealt with i will never shop thier again. some day a big store will come in and good bye baywood. your not treating the people right. you better watch what your doing the galveston news is where my next letter is going.

Horrible customer service!. Advertisement shows T-bones at $3.88 a lb. At the Hitchcock store the thin sliced were $3.88 but the thin sliced were $8 a lb. The Butcher said thats the way he marks them. The manager was aksked why and he said he'd check, but didn't seem to care since he never went to check. Why have an advertisement if you don't honor it or have comptetent managers to find oout why.

Since you charge a hell of a lot more than HEB, Kroger and any other store your customer service should be a lot better! I'll go 30 miles and pay the gas before I return to the store in Hitchcock!
