Exciting Changes!. New changes coming to The Broadwater. With the addition of our new access gates and pool fencing the place looks great! Coming soon...all new landscaping to make the ground look even better than they do now!

It's cool. This place really isn't all that bad. I mean its not the best place in the world, but it definetly works. Plus there are some really nice people living in these apartments. You live close to the sea wall which you could walk to if you really wanted too. Next to a walmart. I loved living there when I did because it was exactly what i needed. Small, inexpensive, wasn't falling apart, and was kinda cute :]

So if you have a family and are looking to settle down i'd say broadwater apartments aren't your place. but if your anyone else, kids, small family in between moves, college people or older, than this is a great place. I loved it and you could too haha

BEWARE!!!!!!!! TERRIBLE!!!!!!!!!. I could go on and on about how HORRIBLE the Broadwater is, but most importantly STAY AWAY!!! The crime is terrible, the apartments are crappy (VERY nasty!!) and the office staff are liars, extremely rude and should be FIRED!!!!!!!!! Judy is the most incompetent liar I have ever met in my entire life! This is the worst apartment complex on the island!!! Do NOT live here!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
