Have Rx Refills Pending...better check your calendar!. If you have a 30 day Rx and need to have your refill even ONE DAY early (this does NOT include the day it was filled)...FORGET IT! Either by Manegerial decree or just paharmacist / technician lazieness, the people who run this pharmacy will NOT fill your RX intil the date shown on the bottle. Period. Going out of town? Death in the family? Just running a day or two short. TOO BAD. They don't care about you or your circumstance here. We all know other paharmacies and even the insurance companies will allow some lenciency and fill a bit early sometimes...ALL THEY HAVE TO DO IS RUN IT TO SEE...NOT THESE PEOPLE. They will and do LIE TO YOU and say the insurance will not pay for your needed meds (they will not even allow you to pay cash, if you are in dire straits). LAZY, UNCARING STAFF HERE! THE PHARMACIST and staff routinely ignore patients needs...TRY ANOTHER CVS, OR PHARMACY- YOU WILL BE TREATED BETTER, MOST LIKELY. NEVER AGAIN FOR ME, NOT HERE.
