In Short – The most laid-back of the three restaurants that inhabit the popular Gaido's Seaside Inn complex, Casey's offers causal dining with the same family recipes they've used since 1911. While the namesake seafood, as well as landlocked menu items like steak, give Casey's a touch of class befitting its location, lighter bites like sandwiches and salads round out the menu and provide options for everyone.

Shrimp was great

Went to Casey's July 16th. We had 8 in our group. Seated quickly. Everyone ordered seafood except for two kids who had cheeseburgers. Shrimp was great. Our waitress was quick to see to our needs- we didn't have to ask for anything. With a group of 8 tip was automatically added at 18%. We left extra because she was so good. We will be back.

The key word here is SHRIMP

The key word here is SHRIMP. Casey's has the best in Galveston. Order them fried or grilled or chilled or large or small. All delicious, all reasonably priced. I travel often to Galveston and eat at Casey's every time. On my last visit, I went there for both lunch and dinner. The shrimp are that good!

great staff and reasonable happy hour prices

We spent four nights in Galveston for our anniversary. The first night we ate at Fish Tales and it was HORRENDOUS... everything cold, died on the pass, tasteless and bartender was rude and impatient. We went to Casey Gaido's the next night and liked it so much we went back the night after! First night we split seafood-stuffed jalapenos and the grilled seafood platter. All of it was very good. Next night I had the redfish which was to die for and my wife had Robert's shrimp which was also great. We had key lime cheesecake for dessert and it was fantastic. Good drinks, great staff and reasonable happy hour prices too. Highly reccomend Casey's if you want your fix of fresh seafood on the Gulf.

Casey's was amazing

Casey's was amazing. Their crab cakes are huge and delicious. It was my favorite place to eat during out entire trip! I actually went back twice because the gumbo was the best I had during the trip. You have to try the gumbo if you like gumbo!

Superb service!

Took the family to Casey's last night. Excellent dinner. Wife got the crab cakes and I got the blackened red fish. Delicious!!!! Great kid's menu!Superb service! I would recommend this place without hesitation
