Would not Reccommend - No Response and Rude Receptionist.
After 3 weeks of no contact and the receptionsist claiming she tried calling, AAA Appliance came to repair my dryer . The technician was very nice and helpful and was a true professional. He was kind enough to explain to me the problem, which thankfully was under warranty.
The dryer two weeks later has a part that has not been ordered and the the order was cancelled without my notice. After several attempts to contact AAA Appliance I was hung up on after being on hold 5 times. The receptionist who is VERY rude and unprofessional then calls me and calls me a nasty dergatory name and hangs up. I would not reccommend a place whos first contact (the receptionist) has no respect for their customers.
Very great service but the receptionist should not be working for a company that provides such great appliance service.

this was a samsung warranty. we had no control over the delays and never got paid for the work from samsung. we have since quit doing warranty work for this issue.
