Worst Customer Service EVER!!!!!. I took a watch into this store today to be repaired and it was not an expensive watch. My father in law passed away and my husband was given it, I explained this to the crotchity a** old man and he quoted me 100.00 to fix and then proceeded to state " I can't believe you would spend money to fix this piece of junk"...Oh yes I am serious!!! I was so mad! i will never take anything to be fixed here or will i ever buy anything from this store if that is how they treat their customers!!! I was completely astonished that he would speak to me in this manner after I had just told him this was all my husband had left from his father.

Great customer service, Felt comfortable leaving my expensive watches with them. They were quick to do my watch repairs on some expensive watches. The price of repairs was very reasonable. It was half of the other local dealers were going to charge.

THIEVES!!!. These people bought a family heirloom diamond ring that had been stolen from my home. We knew the kid that did it and he eventually told us where he sold the item. They said that they had purchased the item but that it had been melted down and then sold the diamond off to a cutter in NY...

The cops just went there today and lo and behold the setting was intact and reset with another stone. They secured it as evidence. Even the cops told me that this shop is full of crooks. They have problems with them all the time.. Spend your money at a store that is not profitting from Thieves!!
