Amazing, eccletic bookstore. I have family in Friendswood, TX and I visit this bookstore whenever I am in town. This is a beautiful, friendly bookstore with an amazing collection of books. I generally stock up on mysteries, since this bookstore has an amazing selection of current mysteries at affordable prices, but also on collectibles. I have found vintage hardcover P.G. Wodehouse and collectible children's books. I collect Wizard of Oz editions and have found some amazing versions there. Recently, I bought hardcover Dr, Suess in excellent condition for a baby shower. I buy civil war books for my father and cookbooks for friends. You can spend hours in this store. It is Friendswood's best shopping experience. I am a librarian and I know books and bookstores. I would rate this one up with Librarie bookstore in New Orleans and Strand in New York. It may be smaller than Strand, but the collection is amazing!
