Always great service and the best staff!. I have been a client at Beyond Beaute' for over 11 years, and I can't say enough about the people and the atmosphere there. I can honestly say, I have never had a bad experience at Beyond Beaute'. Pauline has been waxing my eyebrows and taking care of my skin since my first visit. She's not only great at what she does, but she's a lovely person too! Kim and Paula have been doing my nails just as long, so going in there is like visiting good friends while getting pampered. I love the relaxation room with the soothing water falls and the warm neck wraps they put on you while you are waiting for your next service. You can't go wrong buying a gift card for a loved one for Beyond Beaute'. I have taken my mom and my sister there, and they both loved it!

WOW I will never return to either place!!!. My husband bought me a gift card so I looked up their website. I was very impressed and excited about going, I decided to go to the Deer Park Spa because of how beautiful the house looked! I got there and was greeted and sat down in an area called "the relaxtion room". Not relaxing when other people coming through there to use the bathrooms. The house had a strange smell to it, I mentioned that to my pedicurist and she informed me that they have problems with cats and other animals that live in the attic! GROSS.... I finished my service and didn't go back! I wanted to use the rest of my giftcard so I called the other spa in Clear Lake area. I made my appointment and arrived 15 minutes early as instructed. I was greeted by a very unhappy person at the front. No smile, nothing, I felt as though I was a bother to her. I sat down and waited for my massage person. As I sat there and waited I was continueously asked to browse the retail area by a woman that I found out was the person that purchases all of those items. She wouldn't leave me alone. I went in for a massage not to buy a purse!!! Is this Target or a Spa??? They made me feel like they where more concerned about me buying the stuff on the shelf then to service me as a spa. My massage therapist was 10 minutes late, then rushed me through the appointment with only talking about herself thoughout the whole massage. So much for a relaxing day!! There was no atmosphere worth listening to the girls at the front talk about how miserable there boss is to them. It is obvious how unhappy they all are because they were laughing about drinking mimosa's at 10:00 am!! Funny they made sure they got their drink but didn't even offer customers a drink. I still have more then $200.00 left on my giftcard and I just threw it away! I was treated rudely and apparently this is how this place is run. I wish I would of asked my friends before I went, I would of told my husband to get his money back! Dont waste your time or money here. I am looking for someplace new where my money and I am respected! How is this place still in business if this is how they treat their new customers????

Very bad experience. I will have to say the building was beautiful. I went into have my fake nails removed. This was done very well, although the manicure following was minimal. There was no hand or arm massage. Then I was taken to another room for the pedicure. I was left in the room with my feet in the water for a very long time. The pedicure was also less than minimal. There was no massage. The lady next to me had a glass of wine. Now I did not want a glass of wine, but I would like to have been offered. I work a lot and getting my nails and toes done is a very relaxing time for me. When I left, the lady asked me how I liked it and I told her it was very disappointing. She said that possibly next time I should get a different service and I told her that if there were different types of manicures and pedicures, it should have been presented to me. I work at a local business in Deer Park and i will make it well known that their service was less than expected. The tech was not friendly. I guess that they have enough business that they do not need to be nice and encourage new business.

Professional Permanent Make Up...NOT!. I went to Beyond Beaute for permanent makeup for eyebrows, eyeliner and lips. A decision I will regret for the rest of my life. The technician could not draw a straight line or stay inside the line for that matter. Her feathering technique for the eyebrows left me with thick dark brown/purple uneven lines. Her eye lining technique starts with a dot bigger then the line itself and very noticeable. She went outside my natural lip line by 1/8

Great Massages!. This is truly the best spa in the Houston area. I have had back problems for a long time and so have been getting massages for years. When I moved to the area I thought it would take forever to find a good place to get massages. I found quite a few good places but this is my favorite and now the only place I will go. I have had several employees give massages and have enjoyed every one of them. I always feel much better after my massage. I also like the large variety of services offered at the spa and plan to try them all out! This is a great spa and you won’t be disappointed with your experience!

The best!. This spa is absolutely wonderful. I was treated like a queen as soon as I walked in and that treatment just kept going. The spa was very clean and beautifully decorated. The relaxation room where you wait for your technician is quiet and relaxing. There is a coffee and tea bar set up so you can have a cup or, if you prefer, you can have a glass of wine while you relax. The technicians are usually on time so if you want to sit and relax before your service, get there early.

The last time I was there, I went with two relatives and we had a great day. All of us got massages and it was so relaxing. All the massage therapists we had were wonderful! I’ve been there every time I go back to Deer Park and I really can’t wait to visit again.

Great place to relax!. Love this place! The spa is nicely decorated and the massage rooms are comfortable and relaxing.

The massage therapists are wonderful - I've had two different women and one man work on me, and they've all been great and very professional. They ask if anything is bothering me and will tailor the massage to my needs. Every time I go, I come out totally relaxed and rejuvenated!

Great Spa!. My husband bought me a gift certificate for Christmas that included a lunch. It came with a massage, facial, manicure and pedicure.

The girls at the front desk help me coordinate exactly what I wanted. I couldn't have asked for a better experience than the one at Beyond Beaute. The staff was so helpful and informative it made coordinating my Spa day a breeze.

All of the services were great and the technicians were fantastic! I would definitely recommend this spa to friends (and already have)!

Top Notch Services. The best massages ever. Highly certified and experienced technicians. Guest services cater to you. All you have to do is relax and enjoy being pampered. The best thing on this side of heaven.!!!
