This place is horrible

I have spent a few thousand dollars on previous systems with International Audio. I went in the store a couple days ago, 2/22/12, and asked the owner if he could build a subwoofer enclosure for underneath my 2011 F150 Crew cab. He seemed like he was interested until I told him I already had the subwoofers and just needed the box built. He replied,"We will not build a box unless you buy our subwoofers". I asked him again and again to make sure I was hearing him correctly, because hes foreign and has an accent. Over and over he told me that he will not do anything for me unless I buy his subwoofers. He did not give me a price quote and did not look at my truck. I also had this business remove my sound system out of my corvette when I sold it about a year ago and recently when I had it reinstalled in my truck the installers (at another co.) showed me that the RCA plugs on the all 3 of the amps where bent and the white and red caps were popped off. It looks as though when International Audio removed the old system they just yanked the RCA cords until they popped off the amps. 2 of the amps were permanently damaged and the other amp I had to buy the RCA plugs for. This business should be OUT OF BUSINESS. I can tell that they will be gone soon, because they will lose customers as myself and Deer Park is a small community and word gets spread quickly.

Worst customer service ever!!

Went in to get my system installed and they wired my amp wrong and blew it. Then they tried to tell me that it was my fault that I didn't bring in a wiring diagram to show them how to do it!! If that was the case I would of saved my money and did it myself. Now I'm out my amp and the money I paid them to do it. Terrible place of business. Please don't give them any of your hard earned money because you will run the risk of losing it and who knows what else!!!

clunker reborn

Since I can't afford a new car I decided to revamp my 97 Honda Accord, it was looking horrible with a tint job that was all bubbly and purple, my stereo was a skipping the cd's and I had noisy spkrs. I was expecting kind of a high price tag but I was surprised about how afordable it was. They even gave me a discount to fit my budget!!

I got a new tint job, a new stereo and 4 new speakers (they even fixed my dooor handle for free) and now a drive a car that I'm proud of.

I love these guys

Best tint job ever!! My 2010 Camaro looks great and it makes me proud. I dont think anyone in the area will do better. I love these guys! Keep it up International Audio!

Divine Sound

I had a system installed in my F150 including a new stereo, subs, and speakers that turned out better than I expected. The job took shorter than I imagined and the end result was pure divinity. They were completely professional and answered all of my questions. I would recommend International Audio to anyone.
