After sending my car into their shop for two days, I unhappily discovered that many of my personal items had been stolen. Before admitting my car into the shop I made sure all "valuable" items were removed. I left many road maps, burned cd's,umbrellas, and automobile registration items. Low and behold, those items were stolen along with towels, loose change, and books. The management was highly "shifty" and unapolagetic. They said, "I can't find those items." That was it. Their staff is responsible for illegal unprofessional conduct. Any local business should not be centered around individuals with criminal intentions. Horrible Experience! Not one dollar of reimburshment was offered.
