THE Jewelry store to go to in Baytown

I have shopped at this wonderful family owned store for a few years now and have used them for something as small as changing a watch battery to picking out individual diamonds for a ring and having them mounted. The service has always been fantastic and the merchandise is top notch. I have purchased many items as well as sold old gold back to them. The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful and will do everything they can to get you the item you are looking for or help you pick out an item when you aren't quite sure what you want. I have never been disappointed when purchasing from Robsons and would recommend them to anyone.

THEY MADE MY DAY!

I went in to browse during my lunch break, the staff was courteous and professional. Monica was the young lady that helped me. She offered me coffee and was absolutey delightful as she showed me some of the many sales that were in the store. I didn't make a purchase this time but before I go anywhere else I will go back to Robson's to make a purchase.

Professionalism at its finest

I have dealt with three other jewelry stores in Baytown since 1977 for various repairs and purchases and have always felt like i was inconveniencing them to wait on me. I tried Robsons seven years ago for a watch repair and received excellent service. The staff made me feel at home and they remembered my name the second time i came in. I have been using Robsons ever since and cant see any reason to go anywhere else, they have everything. First rate service and selection!!!!!! I prefer and recommend ROBSONS JEWELERS in Baytown

should change name to best jewelry store ever!!!!

recently visited Robsons for valentines gift for girlfriend. i had just left target and figured what the heck, i didnt know what to get anyways. from the moment i walked in i was greeted with smiling faces and positive attitude. although i was unsure what to get, the sales associate was kind and was willing to help with all my questions give great ideas.

i know i gave her a hard time trying to decide what to get but through it all she showed me all i asked to see no questions asked and treated me like a millionaire. with just a few hints and details about my girlfriend she was able to help me find the perfect gift. she not only helped me find something beautiful but well within my price range.

i couldnt have asked for a better shopping experiance. i cant say it will always be that amazing but heck even half of what i recieved would have been better than any other place id even been before. i must add that the jewelery in the store was amazing and that the quality blew me away....whoever purchases the inventory has great taste and talent for diamonds.

for the record. my girlfriend loved her gift and i was proud to have given such and amazing gift. i know next time i need look no further for a gift for her next time because the only thing as gorgeous as her is the diamonds i saw in the store. this is my one stop shop for all jewelery needs for me and i am a customer for life.......thank you robsons!!!!!
