HORRIBLE customer service. DO NOT GO TO CONN'S FOR APPLIANCES!!! they are crooks. they talked me into buying an 1$1800 refridgerator using "no interest" and then charged me interest even though we payed on time - so we payed it off. 1year later the icemaker went out on this "top of the line" item and they said it was 5 days out of warranty and the icemaker needed to be replaced for 200.00 plus 75.00 call out fee. while the repairman was there (who did not even pull the unit away from the wall to check for problems) he tried to sell us the extended warranty. everyone was rude! we called whirlpool and they offered to pay to have it fixed which made conns unhappy.
