Dude! What the heck are you doing showing up for a 2+ hour cleaning job in a very densely populated neighborhood at 6pm on a week night and cranking up your jet engine sized and equally as loud vacuum machine in your service truck???

You have a complete normal work day, 8am to 5pm, to manage your clients requests for your service. When you demonstrate your complete lack of consideration for every neighbor within a 1/4 mile radius during their dinner and evening time, then you will continue to get this type of feedback.

My recommendation to anyone considering this service company is, if you use them and they show up at dinner time, beware of your angry neighbors who will consider you as much of the problem as is this company.

all of these seem to be completely fabricated...it seems odd to me that for some reason all of the "proponents" of dirt free have joined city search to say one thing and one thing only...that dirtfree is great....

Now, I personally have only one at this time as well. However a realistic aspect follows....

I have only ever once in my life encountered such crap grammatical typing errors that include double commas, and that was from mr. aubrey from dirt free....what does that tell you about ol' Lori T....Raised my eyebrows and brought a smirk to my face for sure...

If you would like to pay a substantial amount of money for a service that leaves you having to clean up just as much if not more after the service that was to be performed then yes...go with dirt free....

If you would like to have an actual cleaner environment than what you have...I highly recommend you take the time and effort to accomplish this yourself, as this place will leave you there anyway, minus several hundred...

Between a dog and a toddler, my carpet is usually destroyed. I have used this service twice and am extremely pleased. They are consistently professional, punctual, polite, and the work is high-quality. It is absolutely amazing how well they clean my carpets in such little time.

The prices are a bit higher than some other companies, but the result is worth it & I would pay a bit more if I were you. I just got my carpets cleaned today & actually screamed when I walked in. Beautiful job & I could NOT recommend their services more highly.

A job well done! I was very pleased with the fantastic service that I received from Dirt-Free. The guys were professional and they had in-depth knowledge of their job and it was apparent from the minute they arrived at my property. Johan showed great respect towards both me and my furniture. I would have no hesitation recommending him to anyone and will most definitely use the company again.

Dirt Free did a great job of cleaning the very dirty/stained carpets of a Kingwood rental I own. I will definitely use their services again for my other rental properties. Thank you.

What amazing customer service! Not only was Chester kind enough to do an in home cleaning estimate, but he also picked up the rug and dropped it off ahead of schedule. It looks amazing and smells great!!!I wish more businesses were this good! Thank you so much Dirtfree!

Wow!! I have never seen cleaning like this. My carpet is dry and the guys left just 3 hours ago. I have used other companies in the past, but now I am really glad I called these guys.

Gentlemen arrived on time, were very expert in their treatment and advice.Carpet which looked REALLY REALLY dirty looks new. I would definitely use them again and highly recommend them.

I just wanted to thank you guys so much for helping me out last week. Stephen came over to my place to do a cleaning, and said that he couldn't do it since the carpet was still wet. He spoke with the original company that did the water extraction, and he and the owner of Dirt-Free convinced the other company to come back and finish the job. The other company came back, removed the wet padding, replaced with new padding, and cleaned the carpets at no extra charge. Even though Dirt-Free didn't get the business, they were honest enough to do the right thing. I am telling all my friends and family about my positive experience with your company. I also didn't know you did water extraction, otherwise I would have gotten you to do the job in the first place.
