horrible apartment complex

My daughter has lived there for almost a year, thank god her lease is almost up. the A/c has been broke so many times, they had to go purchase a portable A/c unit for over 300 dollars. Ya cant live without AC in this state and this time of the year, they will not let her out of her lease. They are the wrost example of an apartment complex ive ever seen!

• Cons: bad maintenance team

High utility prices and no help from maintenance

1. Our A/C has not worked the eight months we have been here.

2. The pool is never open.

3. Our second bathroom toilet has never worked.

4. Our electricity bill has never been below $200.00

5. It is 7:00PM and our thermostat is still reading 90 degrees.

6. Maintenance is slow and useless.

7. Washers and dryers do not properly clean or dry. (Management does not care they simply say, "they are not our responsability because it is not our equipment.," basically saying we dont give a F***)

8. All of our cars have been keyed up one side and down the other.

9. We have trashy and loud neighbors.

10. There are no ceiling fans to circulate air and there are no lights.

• Cons: You get what you pay for. NOTHING WORKS
