Lady at window on day shift. I used to go there alot, not anymore. Why ? I order unsweetened tea and its always sweetened. The drive thru is slow and the black lady at the window on days acts like she hates her job and says nothing. She should not be in customer service. Don't try and call and complain they never answer the phone. Terrible service, constant mistakes and food is not that great
slow and trapped. I have been to many Whataburger, and had no trouble but the Alvin location I confused them when I wanted only their chicken strips (for my son) After them being confused and not being able to fill the order I told them never mind. I was in the drive through and it is a trap, once you are in line and someone behind you, there is no way to go around.
Family-friendly hamburger chain with fair prices, accommodating services and 1950s flair..
This chain restaurant's orange-and-white A-frame buildings dot the Southern coast, from Florida to Arizona. What's made Whataburger grow since its first burger stand opened in 1950 is its commitment to custom orders--the restaurant is happy to fill special requests, as promised in the motto "Just as you like it." The signature five-inch patties and buns--an inch larger than most other chains--have also hooked loyalists to their burgers and chicken sandwiches.
