Excellent Pediatrician

I worked for Dr. Trabulsi while he was in Virginia. He was one of the most caring, loving people person that you will ever meet. His love for his patients can't be put into words. He is a wonderful person as well as a pediatrician. His talent is missed here. Love him and miss him dearly.

Do Not Bring Your Babies Here!

This clinic smelled disgusting as soon as I walked in- then the girl at the window ignores me while conversating with co-workers instead of attending me. I get put in room #11 and all other rooms are full with only 2 doctors at hand. It took very long before anyone showed up. The nurses were very rude and one walked in while I was changing my baby due to a stomach virus which was the reason for my visit.. As soon as she waks in all I hear instead of a "Hello ma'am" is "EEEWWW" I think this is very unprofessional because I felt that she was disgusted by my baby because of something she has no control over. So when I confronted her about her horrible behavior, she responds rudely discriminating against my health coverage and she kept verbally offending me so I stood up for myself. Finally the doctor came in asking if there was a problem so I explained and all he said was that he had spoken to her already. I have never been in such a horrible situation at a clinic before and am still in shock at the events that occurred. I recently switched to Bayshore Pediatrics because it was closer to my home but it was 2nd choice because I know that at Texas Children's Pediatrics I would never have that sort of problem... Bottom line- I'd rather drive far for good service than ever going back to that dump.
