Gents, we know you have your reasons for hitting the mega-chains for your haircut. There are flatscreens showing the game and a woman in a tank top will massage your scalp. And, while that does sound appealing, might we suggest your friendly local barbershop as an alternative? A hot shave with a straight razor is not only an art, it's a heavenly gift. And retro is in. This Heights barbershop is the one famously featured in Wes Anderson's ?Rushmore" and you'll notice a lot of similarities between the fictional and real versions. All novelty factors aside, come for an old-fashioned haircut with nary an electric clipper in sight.
There's no reason to look untidy when the barbers at this shop will trim your mustache for $2, among their other reasonably priced hot-shave and haircut services. And if you're rocking the Vin Diesel-style bald head, get it shaved without fear of nicks.
