Capitalizing on the trend of Asian fusion, this place does bao in the same way that Mexicans do tacos. Basically you have a bun (the "bao") that you fill up with certain ingredients. Their choices include duck, pork belly, softshell crab, tofu and more. Most of these come with some sort of sauce and maybe a slaw or some sort of pickled vegetable.
